1 scoop vanilla protein powder (This is a make or break for the taste. Protein powders can really ruin a smoothie)
1/2 cup quick oats
1 TBS Chia seeds
1 TSP ground flax
2 large spoons of creamy peanut butter
1 banana
1 hand full of spinach
1 cup ice
