Happy Wednesday! The sun is shining and so am I. You can always count on me to be smiling if the sun is out. I wanted to share a few spring sweaters that I own and love that I think are perfect for Mothers day. The first is the Free People pullover I'm wearing in the picture above. This sweater is one of those that when I'm out and about, I get stopped like crazy asking where my sweater is from! Whenever that happens, I feel like I have found a gem! The amethyst purple sweater is another one I get stopped wherever I go with people asking me where I got my sweater from! The colors are pretty magical, one of those sweaters you almost want to eat it's so pretty. Is that weird? Anyway, those two are a little on the higher end about $125 per sweater but worth the splurge. The next two are much more affordable. I LOVE the simplicity of this draped sweater poncho from Forever 21. It's so pretty and elegant and works great over a cute pair of skinny's. It's much more affordable. It WAS $23 and is now $16. And last, this marled knit bat-wing sweater dress for only $38. I love that it can be worn as is, or over skinny jeans. You can even wear it over a cute pair of cropped ankle pants with heels. With Easter right around the corner and Mothers day approaching, it's nice to have a few options. I'm not big on getting real dressed up for Mothers Day, but I always want to look nice, comfy, and pulled together. Tt's nice to be able to have a beautiful sweater to wear over a beautiful knee length skirt and heels and these 4 sweaters are my top pics for that! I would rather wear a sweater and knee length skirt any day over a dress because it gives more dimension, keeps it classy, and layers are always fun.
