Hope you had a beautiful weekend and were able to get some rest and spend time with the ones you love. I mentioned in my Instagram post that I wasn't in the greatest head space this weekend. Just feeling a bit down and disconnected. Could be a mixture of hormones and life but I would rather be honest than tell you everything is great and post a picture of everything "looking great." Monday is here and I'm ready to get in a better head space. Meditating more often, gratitude lists, uplifting positive quotes, and shifting my energy over to people who may be in need so I am able to get out of my own way.
